We are the leading pan-African e-commerce platform. Our platform consists of our marketplace, which connects more than 70,000 sellers with customers, our vast logistics network, which enables the shipment and delivery of packages from sellers to customers, and our payment gateways, which, together with our network of licensed payment service providers and other partners, facilitate transactions among participants active on the Jumia platform in select markets.

We are active across 8 countries in Africa that together count around 600mm people, accounting for approximately 50% of Africa’s GDP and approximately 60% of internet users. Our pan-African presence provides strong strategic benefits, including macroeconomic diversification and economies of scale.
The Jumia marketplace
Our marketplace allows customers to discover, research and buy goods and services and allows sellers to establish their own online presence and efficiently manage their online operations. A large and diverse group of sellers offer a wide range of goods including phones, electronics, home and living, fashion, beauty and other, including fast-moving consumer goods.
Jumia Logistics
Our logistics service, Jumia Logistics, facilitates the delivery of goods in a convenient and reliable way. It consists of a large network of leased warehouses, pick up stations for customers, drop-off locations for sellers and we partner with 230 local third-party logistics service providers. Our logistics partners and assets are seamlessly integrated and managed through our proprietary technology, data and processes.
